Section 216
Powers of the court to hear the appeal
When hearing the appeal in accordance with section 215, the court hearing the appeal shall have the right to do the following:-
(a) To uphold or set aside the judgment of the lower court,
(b) to reverse the judgment of the lower court in whole or in part,
(c) If the decision is made without understanding the evidence to be understood, to understand such evidence himself or to order the lower court to understand it,
(d) If the matter to be adjudicated in the case is not addressed and the decision is made, to adjudicate on such matter by himself or to send it to the lower court for adjudication on such matter,
(e) making incidental or consequential changes in the judgment of the lower court.
